ABOUT US

Kolbrain was born in 2016 as an innovative start-up from the twenty years of experience in the business consultancy of its two founders Maria Santa Ferretti and Andrea Lodi. It specializes in tools and solutions for reading the characteristics of people in the selection, training and training processes. , development and coaching.
 

MARIA SANTA FERRETTI

Graduated in Political Science and Psychology, she obtained a PhD from the University of Pavia, specializing in the construction and validation of psychometric instruments. He has designed and carried out for numerous medium-large companies, both public and private, organizational analysis interventions, assessment of potential and skills (in the selection, development and work transition processes). Engaged in research at the University of Pavia, she is the author and co-author of several scientific articles published in sector indexed journals and has presented her studies in numerous national and international conferences in the field of Occupational Psychology and of Organizations.
 

ANDREA LODI

Graduated in Economics, Master in Planning and Control at Bocconi School of Management, he worked for several years as Head of Management Control in medium-large companies and, subsequently, as Business Intelligence Solutions Consultant to improve the company business processes.
